Tomorrow the house will be closed!!!!!!

The last few months with selling our house has been nothing short of a nightmare! I am so glad it is finally over. The appraisal was not even close to want we were hoping for, that is okay. At the end of the day all the matters is that my family will be together! In two weeks from today Kaylie and I will be leaving Nevada for good to join Bill and the boys. We miss them so much! I cant not wait to hug and kiss them.

It is a very scary thing to start over form nothing, but so excited to be able to start a new life. In 20 years we get to look back and say look at the great life that we built!!!! I am looking forward to that day.

I must say Thank you to all who supported us and have been so helpful during this process! I can not thank you enough for everything you have done. Huge thanks to  Becca and Gary for helping with Kaylie while I have to work and helping me get my car to Oakland. You two have been such a blessing to us, I don't know how to thank you enough. Thank you Mom and my soon to be Step-dad for letting Kaylie and I stay with you while we were selling the house.

I am so overjoyed to be moving and so happy to be with the rest of family. I am also sad to say bye to my friends and family here. I will miss my job and all the great people I have worked with in the last 14 months. GSU has been my home away from home and I have made some great friends and I will miss you all! No job will ever be like GSU!!!

I think it is crazy how I might not ever see anyone of my friends and family in person again, I am very thankful for Facebook and being able to keep in contact with you all!! After we get the house built you all are welcome to visit, just bring a tent LOL!!!

2nd call yesterday afternoon

About two hours after we got the call about the house, my agent called back. He told me that the buyer is still able to get a loan. The lender is still trying to close buy Aug 31st. This whole process has been such an emotional rollercoaster! Now we are waiting to hear about the appraisal, and close.

House back on the market

Now that the house has been in escrow three times, and it has been loan issues every time. This time we made it to just a few days before is was supposed to close. Kaylie and I will be staying longer then planned, big possibility that I will be missing my oldest son's 12th birthday😭. Buying and selling houses is such a pain in the ass! I hope we can be there before Christmas! 😞

Some of the things that are happening now!

So the house is in escrow for the 3rd time, this time everything is going so well!!! The house should be closed by the 20th. We need to get everything out by the 15th. Things are moving fast! We have been packing and getting ready for this move! So last Thursday Bill and the boys boarded the plane. Kaylie and I will be staying here in Fernley for about 6 weeks, we plan on flying out 9/13. So the plan is for me to finish working this schedule at work, my last day will be 9/10. I will be taking a day trip to Oakland to drop off my car to be shipped off on 9/9. (I will be carpooling my last day)

On Aug 12th, Mason will be at our house with a moving container. We will be loading all of our house hold stuff and shipping it off. It's so EXCITING knowing that our plan is in action!  The process to move out of state, has been adventure already!!!

Bill and the boys have made a trip to our land, its beautiful, over grown but still so pretty. There are beautiful flowers. I have been told that the ground is far from flat, but I know if there is will there is a way!!! We might just have a few more steps to getting the land ready to build. We have a great support system there. Huge thanks to the Bowen's for helping us with our new Hawaii Life!!!

Here are some pictures of the boys trip and of our land!
